How to listen
- Binaural and Morphing need headphones. Each ear gets its own tone, and the beat only exists when your brain combines the two.
- Isochronic, Chakra and Harmonic Stacks work on speakers. The pulse or chord is in the sound itself.
- Keep the volume low. These tones work at a quiet, comfortable level — you should be able to talk over them.
- Give it time. Five seconds tells you what a tone sounds like. Most people listen for 15–30 minutes to feel the effect, which is what the app is for.
